About the program

Our Short Term Study Spanish in Spain programs, specially designed with our Spanish Collaborators AIL Madrid and Hispania Valencia allow you to reside in one of the most beautiful countries in the world, learn the language and gain fundamental exposure to the cultural diversity therein.

It is quite common to learn a new language and forget it within a short span because of lack of practice. With our immersive study abroad programs, students can refresh their lingual skills and make use of them in everyday life amongst Spaniards.

DURATION

Students can opt between timelines of 3 weeks to 8 weeks.

 

INTENSIVE SPANISH LANGUAGE AND CULTURE COURSE

The weekly program consists of 5 activities and 20 teaching hours carried out from Monday to Friday between 10 am and 2 pm. The lessons include Grammar and Oral communication classes and offer complete cultural immersion. Course fee includes:

  • Study material
  • Guided City Tours to discover the city and its attractions
  • Access to computers with internet and Wi-Fi at school.
  • Visit to local monuments and places of interest.
  • Evening Activities such as Tapas Gatherings, Flamenco Shows and Salsa Workshops
  • An International Diploma at the end specifying the number of hours attended and the level of Spanish gained.

FULL-BOARD ACCOMMODATION WITH spanish FAMILY

 

The best way to experience everyday Spanish life is to stay with a Spanish Family to explore their lifestyle, traditions and other aspects of their culture. Families assigned are centrally located, right in the heart of the city, and only minutes away from the school.

The following additional services can also be availed:

 

Airport Transfer

The respective school’s pick-up service from the airport will take them straight to their accommodation. Drop-off services are available too.

 

Welcome breakfast

The students will be able to try a variety of typical Spanish morning treats to charge themselves up before class.

 

Tapas Gatherings

Here, students can experience one of the most traditional ways of eating out in Spain.

 

COST

Packages start from €1600 (₹1,50,000 approximately) for 30 days.

All figures in rupees are approximate and are subject to change. The mentioned cost does not include airfare and visa formalities. 

 

HOW DO I RESERVE A COURSE?

1. Book confirmed flight tickets between 1st and 3rd June 2024. Since new courses begin on the first Monday of each month, it is necessary for you to be present at the host city 48-72 hours in advance of course commencement. In this case, the June course begins on the 3rd of June 2024 and ends on 28th June 2024. Kindly note that your return ticket must be between the 1st and the 3rd of July 2024.
 
 
2. Once flight tickets are confirmed and booked, send us an email with the e ticket in PDF format along with your passport (front and back pages in PDF) on team@academiaespanol.com.
 
 
3. In 3 working days, you will receive an email from AE with an invoice from the host school pertaining to the course chosen, dates, accommodation days, meal plan (half board meals) and the amount payable to the host school. Approximate amount payable is EUR 1,800 when studying in Madrid and EUR 1,500 when studying in Valencia (course fee, accommodation in host family with individual room, 3 cultural activities weekly and two meals included).
 
 
4. Once full payment is made in EUR via international bank transfer to the host school (all bank charges to be borne by the student), send us a confirmation receipt from the bank’s side, for us to confirm receipt of your payment to the host school (time taken to reflect international transfers is 3-5 working days).
 
 
5. Once payment is credited in the host school’s bank account, we will arrange to get the invitation and accommodation letter from the host school, in order for you to get started with the visa process in Mumbai. Please note that visa processing time can take between 4 and 6 weeks depending on the season. It is essential to keep these timelines in mind when booking the course, since date alteration / cancellation will apply an EUR 300 penalty charge before refund is initiated.
 
 
6. Once the visa is approved, you are ready to fly!
